For Dieselboy
Just to show what's possible with the GoPro Camera underwater and a little work in post, i have used a portion of Dieselboys video from you tube and processed the clip to reveal the colours and detail. You cannot create what isn't there, but you can enhance it.


I lost some quality in downloading the original video from youtube as well as more in processing and reupping, so considering that, Dieselboys original RAW camera footage would have processed heaps better.
There was no transcoding, i just dropped dieselboys video in Sony Vegas and crushed the blacks, adjusted the levels, adjusted the white balance, increased saturation (colour) and applied a light unsharp mask (sharpening). All these tools are native to Vegas.
