  • @yhsindi the closer you are to the screen/wall, the more light you can have in the room. In a room with windows and ambient lighting, you would have a problem seeing the screen clearly. Lumens is only 8 ANSI Lumens

@crmfghtr similar response to your comment. The tech specs say it goes up to 60 inch diameter but I have pulled it far enough back to fill an entire wall. Again, the room was dark enough so it worked fairly well. Still not as bright as a full-sized projector.

  • I moved my mic closer on the newer videos so I hope that helps! The Cinemin projector came out October 1 and it costs $350. WowWee Cinemin if you want to search for it. Amazon is selling them as well.

  • Ah, the Mac records video mirrored so text is backwards. Need to fix that.

  • @Eksteven4321 yes and only movies that are rated over 9/10 on IMDB. //sarcasm off.

  • Does it only project movies?

  • Well I was going to get one wanted to see if it can do 70" so this the white wall better to see it on or does it matter? Can you make a other video playing s movie an try to get it 70in to see how it's look!!!

  • Cool review Joel! I just posted a Google Sites video and decided to search for other Kerrville-related videos. Have you had a chance to use the WowWee much since this review?

  • in early 2010 they r coming out with a small 50$ converter

  • Good review, I wish you could do another video of how the clarity of this projector on 60" screen/wall in low light and in dark room. Thanks

  • So would I be able to hook this thing up to my macbook and watch hulu shows on it? I really want to get one of these instead of buying a new tv, since I watch all of my shows online, but I want to be sure it will work with my macbook specifically. Will I need to buy a whole series of converter cables or something?

  • Audio is fine here, have you tried to see how big you can make the image and still be acceptable?

  • OK... Nice but:

how dark should the place be?

I would like to see you connect your VGA cable out of a Laptop (Not netbook)?

what about technical maintiance such as Light bulb ... is it LED based or Light bulb?

Finally what is the DPI resolution? and HD?
