  • I'm getting 40's soon, I know I can curl the hell out of them, with those arms why are you only at 40? Just wondering? I'm knew to lifting and am looking for some pointers.

  • I like doing it on incline too, it stops back injury when going heavy.

  • @khaalid110 haha, clearly you've never done incline, it's a lot harder than you think

  • Don't forget diet too. You can train all you want with a poor diet and not gain much.

  • i curl 35 pounds 3x12 and im 15, 5'9 and your biceps are larger then mine, i think you can curl more then that.
