OK, so what would YOU do if you were a cop on the same side of the street and saw the driver cut across those solid yellow lines, drummer? Drive around the block so as not to cross any yellows AND keep off the sidewalk? If you saw someone on a freeway going 85 in a 65, would you just let 'em go because 65 is the limit and to pursue them would be breaking the law? Not saying you don't have a point, but tying the hands of law enforcement like that is a horrible idea.

Hmm. this video is interesting, so I don't know who you are talking to, socialpathicregret. Anyway, you see what the law says that you do not turn right or left on a yellow double line with the yellow lines intersecting in sideways. Have people been remembering what they have learned during high school? Or maybe they may not be paying attention to the laws listed in the California Driver's handbook.
