I listen to so much piano music and go through all sorts of different phases; sometimes I want to listen to fiery Kocsis, other times the perfection of Michelangeli, the lushness of Volodos, the electricity of Kissin, the velvet of Arrau, the spikiness of Gould... etc
but I think I always end up with Murray Perahia. He's the greatest pianist in the world. Utterly without ego, always beautiful, never pretty, he takes you deep inside every piece he plays. He makes me believe again!

Can you split it into several parts?

thehissingstick, I know exactly what you mean. Thank you for expressing in words what I could not. Perahia's playing is simply sublime.
Is there a complete version of the first movement?

Yes, it was just that the complete movement obviously can't fit within Youtube's 10 minute limit per clip.
In fact, I have the whole concerto :) (just haven't got round to digitizing and uploading the rest of it)
