This is the best performance I've heard of this lovely song. How can I tell? It's all in the ability of the singer to make one FEEL the music, and you do that so well, Maureen! As one grandparent to another, I can imagine the delight with which your grandchildren listen to your beautiful singing of traditional songs like this one!

Thank you. I see you have Vic Damone on your channel. When I was a very young girl I was in a choir which toured USA. We appeared on the ED Sullivan show with none other than Vic Damone. He was a lovely person.

Thank you. I like this song. I recorded this in our local BBC Radio station with a number of other songs. Firstly to be used in programmes - then we decided to put the songs on tape and therefore I had my first cassette on sale!!!
