Part 1: lol i find it funny the word reason is used in this description, most skeptics don't take time to think about what they are taught to come to their own conclusions, they parrot text books as i they are gospel facts like they have traded religion for our current understanding of science,

Part 2: they fail to understand science is the accumulation of updated information, they would have bet their life the earth was flat and heaver than air flight was impossible, in short they literally have to have their reality dictated to them by their peers. Cold fusion is a perfect example.
