@AppleOranges12 look up lili elbe 1930's Germany. she had the full boat surgery yet the transplants did not take. Organ rejection was the cause of death, transplant surgery is more advanced today though, yet the medical world would not perform such surgery today. To much fear perhaps?
@AppleOranges12 actually it was done for the first and only time during world war two, or just before then. lilly was the patients name. And she had died of organ rejection a short time later. Even though transplants have come along way since the thirties, scienc and medicine are afraid to try this again. I do not think there will be any future benifit of this kind of surgery again, because of fear it wont work out....

and hopefully by then, transsexuality will be more recognised and accepted in society and the age of getting a sex change lowered from the current 18 years of age. If the boy does not have to go through male puberty, then the female hormones can work wonders from the beginning so the boy will look just like any ordinary genetic girl. Until then in the future, we unfortunately have to accept the current medical technology and live as a slightly imperfect girl.
At the present moment in time, it is not possible to transplant overies and uterus to a MTF transsexual, so we just have to make do with an artificial vagina constructed using the penis and scrotal tissues. Hopefully, whats's depicted in this video may become a reality in the future when the medical research is advanced enough to create the female sex organs from stem cells, maybe...

I loved the theme song for this video! I wonder what's the name, and who performs.
