A great country song that sounds nice on a ukulele. I'm playing this on a Washburn Oscar Schmidt concert uke. Just learned this one, so it's a little rough at the end, but it's good enough for a post. Leave comments and questions below and I'll try to answer them if I can!

  • @shalainandcrew chuck shmuck I said what I said :)

  • are you playing G, D, and C? hard to tell just from watching the vid.

  • @missmarissa2012

Yep, that's right. It sounds better if you add another D in after the C on the verses, but I didn't figure that out until after I uploaded the video.

  • and strum pattern

  • @1214tank

The first 2 verses are G, D, C, D repeated 4 times. The chorus is G, D, C, G, D and then the same repeated. Last verse is the same as the chorus. As for the strum pattern, I couldn't tell you what I'm playing. I like to just play around with it until it feels right. Good luck!

  • is this a concert ukulele

  • @Ellwood02 Strumming goes something like down chunk up up chunk up up chunk up up and repeat. As you can probably see I mix it up sometimes. I don't really pay attention to what the strumming pattern is exactly, but kinda get the feel for it and go with it instead.
