the truth is that many of the girls in my neighborhood in nyc began menstruating at 9, 10, and 11. overnite they were fully developed and horny as toads. to the eye, they were adult women. I knew of three girls who had kids as early as 11, by boys 13 and 14. Others by much older guys. I wonder if they would have preferred a stable marriage, instead.
