Address this TV on the network business, it's not. It's on a typical CATV network. The keyboard connected to the TV in question is connected to a limited functioning browser in the head-end, which is also on the CATV network. That's all you need to know to figure the rest out.

Wouldn't be too sure bout that dude. It's not because zey hev a vunny accent, that they are less likely to understand you. Other European countries do better (in English) but don't underestimate them Germans. What second language do you think they have ? Russian ? Polish ? French ? Spanish ? Dutch ?
