@Stoclet ....do you recall another version of Feeling So Good also by The Archies who released it back in the early 70s. I've searched for it high and low but no luck. It was before this skooby doo version, I believe. I even bought a disc 45 and played it over and over again with friends.

I've been surfing all The Archies tunes suggestions that are coming up, starting from a "Sugar, Sugar" suggestion when I first hit the site a bit ago. Just gotta find "Waldo P. Emerson Jones," now, and all will be well with my world today. :-)

The punk and new wave bands loved covering bubblegum songs such as this. People began calling it power pop, to increase the coolness factor.
