@KevMods i dont see how doing a simple doughnut is hurting the motor, he doesnt have the throttle pinned wide open. so go to hell.

Funk Aircraft Company of Coffeyville, Kansas started making and selling the kits. Delbert Heusinkveld was installing the 100 HP Ford FlatHead V8 Engine in Ford N series tractors. Funk started to make and sell the Kits for the V8 Convertion also. About 5000 V6 Kits where sold but only around 100-200 V8 Kits where sold also some very rare Overhead valve V6 kits. The numbers are estimated due to production records lost in a fire. Many kits where installed at the dealer as OE. Production stoped 1953

@wrawson Needless to say An original 8N Funk Ford Flathead V8 Conversion are extremly rare. The conversion in this video is a repro the 8N tractor is a 1949 Ford. The V8 flathead is from (I belief if memory serves me) A 1953 Ford car. My father did the conversion by scratch except for the Transmission mounting plate. All other modifications where enginered and made by my Father. I will try to post some Pictures or video of the completed tractor soon.

@KevMods 8N Funk V8 conversion. The Type of conversion done on this Ford Tractor is a replication of the 8N Funk V8. For others that want to know. Starting in 1948. Ford 8N Tractor owners wanted to use a 3 bottom plow instead of a 2 bottom plow but the 8N did not have enough power. Ollie Glover of the Glover Equipment Company in Milford, Illinois started using Fords 95HP Industrial V6 Engine in Ford N series Tractors.
