Our cat Fester has unusually gross eyes and ears due to feline herpes. She has visited her vet and is being treated for both. Despite the following lyrics, we love her very much.

She's had cat herp since I adopted her from the shelter. Apparently ocular herpes is pretty common in the cat community.

I started my FIV kitty on it right away and after a couple of weeks started noticing a difference. After a couple of months, all of his symptoms were gone! No more grody eyes, no more lip sores! I have had him on it for 3 years now and he has only had one very small outbreak since and I just upped his dose for about a week and it went away. I hope it works as well for herpes kitties too! Hi. I know she is being treated, but something you can do at home for her also is give her L-Lysine every day crushed up in some can food. You can pick it up in the vitamin department of any drugstore and it's cheap! I rescued a kitty with FIV and I spoke with a cat rescue lady told me that it worked to help calm the eye and lip stuff on FIV kitties as well as kitties with herpes. ...cont...
