@Zakah1 What about the rest of the people kidnapped in Iraq? What about the Italian nurses who were kidnapped. They were part of a humanitarian effort. Nurses don't kill people, they saved lives. A lot of people killed or kidnapped were journalists, aid workers, tourists, or Iraqi citizens with dual citizenship in another country. Many were going to be killed but instead were ransomed for exorbitant amounts of money from their countries. What an honorable motive! Money for human life!

@Zakah1 You're going to have to specify America's "constant" forgiveness of war criminals. There is no evidence that Eugene Armstrong, a family man with a wife and children, "raped" or "tortured" anyone. Business is not a crime, unethical business can be prosecuted, but I stress to you to find evidence of his "crime" that warranted the death he received. It's more likely he was just a civilian at the wrong place/time made into an example to further Zarqawi's hateful/extremist/violent message.

@Zakah1 Even Guantanamo prisoners have eventually received fair trial. Some have been released. Some have been released to again become terrorists and re declare jihad. Most of their crimes are much worse, killing of many people, conspiracy and plot to kill, than the perceived crime of Eugene, who was a contractor, who was kidnapped, taken from his life and family and murdered. Wake up, this is uncivilized thinking. Terrorism of this nature has no restraint, no value for real justice.

@Zakah1 Again you do not understand. It is deplorable to kill another human in such a way for their disagreements. The world does not care the reason. Eugene did not kill anyone, he was doing his job. The Kurds believed differently from Zarawi, and should not be killed for thinking otherwise. They also did not kill anyone. Zarqawi kidnapped them and killed them like a coward. He asked Guantanamo Bay prisoners be RELEASED, and executed a man when they were not. Crime =/ punishment.

firstly whats a "fair trial"? You mean one held by the American government that constantly forgives war criminals and at most gives them a very short prison sentence?

As far as his crime was concerned it was OBVIOUS, he was invading Iraq and helping the American military, his other crimes are irrelevant (whether he also raped people while he was in Iraq or if he tortured anyone) he was part of the occupation and hence killed
