A credit card only contain information about a account. The card doesn't contain the amount of money left on the card.

These kinds of operations are done alone and only alone you cant sell skimmers because theres a rat out there that will put the feds on you and only inclined people can do this shit if your gonna start but never finish then im sorry but you wont cut it as a skimmer and you also gotta spend money to make money you think this shit comes easy ? you gotta get moldings you gotta preserve them you gotta fill your molds with the right stuff .....I see nothing I hear nothing I know nothing :)

any idea how many tracks a uk bank card has ( for getting money from a cash machine atm), my idea is to write my bank card info onto a mobile fone top up card so if my wallet gets stolen they wont find a bank/ credit card just a top up card and prob throw it away, might be a good way of keeping your money safe.

Actually it's not illegal owning one. You can own 100 if you like. It's what you're doing with them. If you're doing illegal "stuff" and get caught THEN you might make some nice jail time. Appart that there's nothing wrong with buying a CC reader/writter.
