Charlotte can bite the big one for all I care. I can never hold a warm feeling for anyone who was so petty that the grudge they held against their dead sister was so great they they purposely stamped her books out of publication.

Why is everyone saying she's ugly? She looks so pretty. I visited the Parsonage for the second time today, and I think she's so pretty. She thought herself to be plain and too short at her 4 foot 10, but I think she was just a pretty little woman. Not everyone has to be astonishingly beautiful, 6 feet tall, with long legs and so on, to be beautiful. It doesn't work like that.

I have visited this the Bronte house and walked through the cemetery and walked the beautiful dramatic landscape of Haworth and Yorkshire. I most compelling land. I fell in love with it and I shall return.

Thankyou so much for that. I visited Haworth myself when I was a child and found it to be very atmospheric. It is a truly amazing place, you can almost sense the history..Like stepping back it time.
