  • I have visited this the Bronte house and walked through the cemetery and walked the beautiful dramatic landscape of Haworth and Yorkshire. I most compelling land. I fell in love with it and I shall return.

  • Thankyou so much for that. I visited Haworth myself when I was a child and found it to be very atmospheric. It is a truly amazing place, you can almost sense the history..Like stepping back it time.

  • How could anyone say she was ugly, she looks beautiful to my eyes. So sad that she died so young...

  • I could almost kill the woman who burned A. Bronte's hair. How could she be so stupid?

  • At 08.40 "Is she here now?", "She is here now, in this church." Technically true, as she's in a coffin under the floor!

  • @WhoMeMeYou

Yes, they're photos of the Naismith portrait of Burns (and Walter Scott).

  • In Worthing? Omg omg omg! My grandad lived and died in Worthing and his name was Haworth! Freaky or what?

  • beautiful words and reading!!

  • Is she for real?? Honestly!

  • Charlotte can bite the big one for all I care. I can never hold a warm feeling for anyone who was so petty that the grudge they held against their dead sister was so great they they purposely stamped her books out of publication.

  • Is that Robert Burns i can see at 05:07?

  • THREW AWAY Anne Bronte's hair? oh my.

  • Why is everyone saying she's ugly? She looks so pretty. I visited the Parsonage for the second time today, and I think she's so pretty. She thought herself to be plain and too short at her 4 foot 10, but I think she was just a pretty little woman. Not everyone has to be astonishingly beautiful, 6 feet tall, with long legs and so on, to be beautiful. It doesn't work like that.

  • @Sonoma1000 Yes, they were sisters.
