It almost looks like those guys do some illegal moves...like in #2, the guy stretched his leg up above his head after doing a low jump. Is Brian like a hacker?

No, actually what was going on, is he was using Jet Kick in the air combined with Skaterz. Apparently when that happens, it becomes pretty much this powerful drop kick that can send you for a loop. I was just lucky enough to not get swamped by it. XD
