EATON HALL - HEYWOOD EVENT 2007

4th August 2007 - my second visit to Eaton Hall.
This time, as well as the resident loco, KATIE, 0-6-0 URSULA from Perrygrove and 0-4-0 EFFIE from Cleethorpes were there. In a constant programme of trains, running clockwise round the circuit of about a mile of fifteen inch gauge track.
A temporary platform had been set up outside the inner sanctum, allowing trains to make several runs before entering the walls via a 'wye'.

How long is a round trip on this miniature railway?

I would say about a mile, having walked round it with a tripod and camera. Unless anyone has the facts?
