The only other "U.S. of Archie" song I have, this one is from the Thomas Edison episode.

@MONGOOSE1ful I seem to recall the 1977 version of the Archies when it was on NBC. The episodes were pretty good, but the music numbers were not quite the same with the late seventies flair. Id be very interested in seeing some posts of those episodes.

This was the last CBS Archie cartoon series that Filmation Associates did,for

Fall 1974(a line-up,which included "SHAZAM!"-"VALLEY OF THE DINOSAURS"

and "PARTRIDGE FAMILY-2200 AD") and although the studio didn't use the

golden voice of Ron Dante,the vocals here,were a little okay-but obviously not

the same,considering the runaway success of Dante's vocals,which concluded

with "ARCHIE"S FUNHOUSE" in 1970. the very last Archies/Filmation series was

"THE NEW ARCHIE-SABRINA HOUR" for NBC in 1977

What;s with the gang getting along and none of the trademark rivalry [even the Josie and the PUssycats series had that skunk haired blankey blank Alexandra as sceheming as the comics, and I'm not big on THAT one, except to LEER at! Of course, different studios. Archies/Sabrina=-Filmation. (to me Fuglimation, Sorry to Tom, btw for my bon mot) Josie=H-B.)

Very cleaver re-use of animation. Did you notice how in 2 and a half minutes of a song there was less than 10 seconds of actual lip sync? LOL.
