  • the last comment here was 6 months ago, so i doubt anyone will answer but...... what exactly are you suppose to do with a buck when you kill one??? or what are things you can do with it???

  • @Packs331

Steaks, hamburger meat and roasts. It's like getting beef free of antibiotics and hormones. The rack and cape are mounted in my rec room.

  • give us some details on how big he was. like what did the rack score gross and net . what did the deer weigh, how old was he aged etc etc..

  • @Skankpronger Hey Skankpronger, he grossed 139 and change and netted 132 7/8 after the 60 day drying period. Not huge, but he has a very nice looking rack with great character, flat edges and nice colour. The taxidermist aged him at 5 ½ and said he had a ton of loose skin on his neck meaning he must have been a lot bigger at the start of the rut. I never got him on a scale but he was rutted out and may have weighed 160 lbs at dressed.

  • Great buck! And with a bow!! You deserve it after passing up the other buck in your last video... Good things come to those who wait!

  • Great Buck! We just got an awesome 10 pointer at our camp in the Adirondacks. I have a video of it up on my page.

  • how many pounds i got a 12 pointer that weighed 190 field dressed u should check out my video

  • @PartikleDestroyer i was on ur side of the argument man, i hunt too so i know where u r coming from.

  • I don't hate the anti's if they express their views in a respectful way. My sons 12 year old friend told me yesterday that she feels sad when an animal dies. I told her I have been hunting for 30 years and I still feel a bit sad when an animal dies. But I only take 1 deer as quickly and humanly as possible each season and we eat the meat the same way she eats beef or chicken or pork.

That doesnt mean I dont get a rush out of taking a nice buck.

  • wow lol, that was a pro come back! some people just don't understand that hunting isn't mean but a way to feed families.
