Obama (Japan) for Obama オバマを勝手に応援する会

On Jan. 20, 2009, an event was held in Obama, Fukui Prefecture, Japan to celebrate the inauguration of Barack Obama. A citizens' group called "Obama wo Katte ni Oen Suru Kai" (Obama Informal Booster Association) held the event in the evening at Hagaji temple. The program included singing "Obama is Beautiful World," temple bell ringing for peace, and hula dancing by the Obama Girls. The event was called "Going Beyond the Seven Seas--Peace Bell Ringing for the World. I was taking still photos at the same time so sorry about some jerkiness.
