@lolindahouse She generally aims for 10 reps of each, but modifies based on what she's able to do... so it will be more likely you guys can follow along, too.

A silly question I guess, because I'm not sure if there is any difference, but does this work for men aswell ?

@AlexFad No such thing as a silly question, this workout would be great for men as well-- sculpting the arms, back, shoulders and even pecs.
