Brandon goes to the house of the hypnotist Dr. Mitch to seek out help in making his decision. When Brandon shows up Gene the masseuse is there giving Dr. Mitch a massage. Dr. Mitch gets up from the table after getting rubbed with oil and Brandon sees that Dr. Mitch is naked. Brandon tries not to look at his doctor nude and Dr. Mitch goes inside.
Things are awkward between Gene and Brandon because Brandon never took the headshots of Gene that he promised him. Gene is very disappointed because he had a new idea for a head show. Gene wanted to be a transvestite like Felicity Huffman from Desperate Housewives in Transamerica
