  • It was an PB5 pro drive.

  • my bad... didn't take into account that this is a different country. Here in the US, we didn't get the WRX or STI until 2002.

  • For the record, that is an Impreza RS. It doesn't come stock with a turbo like the wrx or sti...

  • As a simple rule the earlier the beetle the lighter it is, so an 11G (splitwindow ragtop) would be the lightest shell.

  • hey joshkornage...the lightest stock beetle was like 1850 lbs. i believe any sedan from the 60's weighed about that give or take a few pounds, my 68 is probably about 1700, i have taken out the back seat, stripped the trunk of any unnessary items, lighter rims ect...
