The smiley in my comment implied it was just a silly joke.
However, the purpose of this phrase is to test all the keys of your type writer (if you can remember what that is) and as such this sentence is written they way I mentioned it above, including the letter 's'.

woowwwww i did not think windows could do that, no offence but your handwriting is kind of messy and it still picked it up. and wjharing is right there were no 's'. im defiantly buying an exopc now.
