Tribute to Southern 1401

Here's a tribute to one of my personal favorite steamers: Southern Ps4 #1401, to the tune of "Viva La Vida" By Coldplay.
Note: The scene after 1401 is pulled from the scrapyard is like a "What If?" scanario. Specifically if NS had put her in the steam program.

@IraDeathViper I see. Actually, I might. the inclusion of a Y6, and some accurate SP stock, might get me to preorder that sucker. It looks VERY NICE, but it would probabally require a major graphics card upgrade for me.

Hey SCL3618, maybe we can start a petition to get Southern Railway 1401 out of the Smithsonian and back out on the high iron pulling excursion trains.

@goldcoastflyer Nope. The Non Profit Group, Said that 722 will run First... Its Cheaper.... And no, 722 is just in peices.. Not under restoration. Go on facebook and look up GSMR locomotives. We have all the info on this

@288jh Sheesh no need to get all angry about it. and besides as long as she says southern 722 she is still southern 722 to me, and secondly 1702 is most likely the first to be restored 722 is also under restoration hence why it is being slowly taken apart.. she will return to service in the next 5-10 years. i rode 1702 way back when. its a great engine.

@goldcoastflyer First of all, She is no Longer Southern 722. She is NOW GSMR 722. Secondly She won't be the first steamer to be restore don the GSMR. 1149 will be...

@SCL3618 techinally i go for new steamers like the y6 N&W only steamers AND maybe some new diesels i'm more of a steam type fo guy put i like sp though sadly pre ordering trs2012 cost 149.99 which im hesating due to a train show coming up in april plus i just bought 2-10-0 bachnmann frisco 1632 for 109.00 so im going to get my money stocked up also i've got to update my graphic card and reboot so it deletes EVERYTHING i dont need from other games
