Then take a gas mask with you man. Air will leave your body when he snaps the throttle and all you will have left to breath is a fine nitro mist that sucks the life out of you. It's been 15 years since I was at my last NHRA event and no matter how hard you fight it you can't stand up to the shock and awe from 15 feet away. Go for it if you get the chance and you'll never forget it. And post vids when you do!

HAHA! You nailed it. Fight it all you want but the shock to the body is too great to just stand there and take it. Myself and about a hundred others dropped like weeds under a lawnmower when he cracked the throttle. Then the mist hit and we couldn't see or find any air within fifty feet of the tent.
