First, 90% of the people can understand the concept of mounting the system, and it is totally unneeded, just place it on a shelf.

Second, the 66 block has screw tabs, so why the added bracket?

Mounting the power supply? why?

Grounding wire? YES! that is one thing you NEED to have in place!

I would go for a cover for the punch down block.

I would also get a retainer clip for the power cord for the phone system.

The ESI 50 is not a bad system but does not do VoIP without an adapter.
