Ruby is Chewing Her Marshmellows...

Oh, hey. Happy New Years.

If someone... SOMEHOW... stumbles across this video, I am amazed. And so I leave this whole long description for thim.

NOTE: I apologize if the quality kind of stinks. Windows Movie Maker isn't exactly my ideal editing program, but since I'm like... poor... it's all I have. And I'm sorry for the bright pink background and the bright pink Sim. I don't like the color that much either and frankly it burned my eyes out. The font wasn't exactly friendly either. But alas, I chose it. I made this with the Sims 2 and it was really easy to make. o_o

Second of all, I'm sure whoever watches this might be confused by the video or find it pointless... and trust me I know why. A random Sim with pink hair and eyes eating a bunch of marshmellows and burning herself once or twice before she completely loses her marbles. I'll be honest with you; This was based on an inside joke, but you don't need to get the joke for this video to make since. Allow me to explain...

Our painfully pink Sim here Ruby is an inconsiderate, impatient, nosy, annoying, pestering and bossy person and is meant to resemble inconsiderate, impatient, nosy, annoying, pestering and bossy people. She looks rather nice on the outside (I agree that this is debatable. In fact I full blown disagree with that last statement. I'd probably run away screaming from someone with that color hair and purple demon eyes.) but yeah... she isn't. The whole marshmellow ordeal is signifying impatience, rudeness, and greediness. She'll whine and whine and bug you and won't leave you alone until she gets her way, in this case, gets the marshmellows. Eating marshmellows can also stand for gossiping and whining and being annoying.

And nobody really likes these people. At least, I don't. Nobody wants to hang out with someone who is too impatient to wait and leave someone alone until that that time (sharing the marshmellows.) It is shown that bad things happen to those who eat marshmellows and although I really don't expect inconsiderate, impatient, rosy, annoying, pestering, and bossy people to burst into flames anytime soon, I'd be nice. (Karma? Yeah.) What I really mean by bad things is that she'll be left alone and she'll probably grow insecure because nobody likes her.

And yet despite that's what makes her become so unlikable, Ruby continues eating those marshmellows (gossiping, whining, being annoying) because they are all she has left and has nothing else to do.

So don't be a Ruby...

Or I guess a Rod, if you're a guy. Am I going to make a video for that? Nah.

So I guess this is meant to like help people realize if they're being a Ruby or something like that, or prevent them from being one.

But I don't think that will work, because there are a lot of Rubies and Rods out there.
