Your problem, Spencer, is clearly that your trim your beard and mustache. IF you let that thing fill in, and get a proper stache, that should add about 17kg to your lifts across the boards, according to my calculations.

@Apjooz how about you start looking at olympic lifting & there workouts. This is to help with positioning with for the jerk. You're suppose to drive up with your legs as you would for a jerk just not as exaggerated.
