  • Saying Star Wars is just a movie is like saying the bible is just a book. At face value their both fiction but some people believe there's something more on moral and spiritual level. It's obviously not meaningless if one feels the need to tell other people that it's meaningless.

  • I can't wait to see this!

  • its just a film....

  • WHERE THE FUCK CAN I SEE THIS FILM

  • @mrvladycastellanos - If you researched Akira Kurosawa on Wikipedia you would have immediately read (in the first paragraph) the following:

''Regarded as one of the most important and influential filmmakers in the history of cinema''

    Something Lucas will never be!

  • @doctorHOUSE ok WHO THE HECK IS akira kurosawa? lol. never heard of him (her) so I will search wikipedia.

  • where the FUCK can I see this movie

  • @TheNile182 I think the moment I knew that I disliked the prequels was when I tired to think of moments from them, anything, and I kept drawing up blanks. I wouldn't necessarily say they shouldn't exist, but I do feel they are the direct result of an artist-businessman's ego rather than a collaborative effort. Same thing with Avatar.

  • @LicoriceLain Well you have to admit, "Revenge of the Sith" was impressive. Many people say that it redeems the prequel trilogy. I'm sorry, but I can't help it, I can't feel any hatred towards the prequels or Jar Jar, I just can't. You're probably right about episode 1 and 2 being lifeless, but I can't see how episode 3 was. If you want to discuss hating films with me then start a discussion about "Cirque de Freak: The Vampires Assistant", that's a movie that I hate.

  • @TheNile182 If you understood story structure, you wouldn't be saying that. The prequels are lifeless, incoherent and, I think, could be used for torture if need be. I may have liked them as a kid, but when you reach adult age and have some higher education under your belt, you realize how egregious the prequels are.

  • @fukimotoz No redeeming quality? Well I have to agree that "The Phantom Menace" was kind of dull, and "Attack of the Clones" is somewhat slow-paced. But to me "Revenge of the Sith" could very well be the best of all six films (or second after "Empire Strikes Back"). But there really is nothing that I hate. But I guess it's easy for me to say, I grew up with the prequels and I am not a very sensitive person. Don't get me wrong though, I enjoy the originals very much.

  • @TheNile182 I don't know how you can possibly feel that way. There is absolutely no redeeming quality to any of the prequels. All 3 are in the top 10 of my worse movies ever made.
