Protein - What Is Protein Guilt?

Protein Guilt is when we over eat because we feel 'guilty' that we haven't eaten enough protein.

  • @RaginRussian Protein in carbs food are not as full of every amino acid there is, more precisely not BCAA. which is what you need when your building muscles. proteins from animal sources( meat, fish, milk, etc ) contain quality protein and should be prioritized above nuts or something like that.

    So go fuck yourself.
