Ya I've noticed if you completely cut out foods that you love like chocolate or chips then you will begin to crave them the more you don't have them and one day you snap and go overboard eating un healthy foods so great point saying to not completely cut things from you diet eat in moderation or less

Great tips...I try to convince my friends to eat better and they always say "it's too hard" but the way you introduce it sounds exactly like how I changed my diet. Not to say it's perfect now, but I am still working on it and incorporating more fruits and veggies, lean meats, etc into my diet. Although as of now I believe I eat well, now I just need a more rounded diet. Keep up the good work!

I truly do believe that it is my expectations that are impeding my weight loss because I am expecting to see results after one day at least by the end of the week and nothing and I get discouraged and it's just a cycle...to lose weight requires patience and I appreciate the point you made about take one day at a time, for example, cutting out soft drinks for a week
