I live right there and think its great. It should be made legal, simply because criminalizing prostitution 'is' against our bill of rights. The federal government has no jurisdiction over an individuals body, they only have jurisdiction in cases where one body negatively affects another (assault etc)
So if an individual wants to sell their body for sex, the government has absolutely no right to tell them they can't.
