Chicago right around 1985 and surprisingly from the suburbs like Park Ridge, actually produced some major talent - Al Jourgensen - Ministry, Mark Farina, Chris Nazuka, Geno Lenardo - Filter, Ted Ansani - Material Issue, Hilary Clinton - The Clintons haha...
