Saracen - Heroes Saints and Fools (1981)

One of my favorite songs ever, taken from Saracen's "Heroes, Saints and Fools" LP (Nucleus, 1981). This record is definitely one of the best pieces of music to emerge from UK in the 80s, an inspired blend of NWOHBM, hard rock and symphonic/pomp/prog rock.

Great band! Saw them at the Hatfield Poly back in 1981. They just made the hairs stand up on te back of your neck.. The were special thwn and still are now. Shame they never made it big as they really deserved it!

Can listen to this over and over again...great memories of when rock meant talent!
