Wow, I'm not a city bicycling tree hugging hippie at all, though I do love my ride. But this guy is an absolute idiot. Insurance? Regulation? Seriously? People like him have failed to realize that the more folks there are riding their bike the less vehicles we have running around contributing to pollution and congestion. Sounds like a win to me. This is just another ploy to dominate peoples lives and tax something that ought not be taxed.
