Charmayne James is the best barrel racer that has ever run the pattern. She is such a nice lady. The best compliment I ever got was when someone told me I ride and look like her! I have trained my stud horse the way she says and he runs just like her horses and we runnin 2D in a year after I broke and trained him by myself. Her DVDs are GREAT! If you don't have them get them! They will help so much! Expect a total turn around.

@eventer67 I'm not acting like i know everything. I'm not 'bashing' anyone. And what are you even talking about? I'm pretty sure that Charmayne James DID train her own horses. I'm not saying she trained my horse, I trained my horses. I wasnt implying that at all. Simply, because i know for a fact that Fallon Taylor is an accomplished barrelracer and trainer. So yes she does train her own horses. And yes, ive heard of it. Ever watched it? No i havent. But I dont bash people. Be The Bigger Person.

Of course any horse can run barrels. I said that in one of my comments. I actually have a friend who runs a gaited horse that does great. U don't have to have perfect breeding, but it's definately something u want when your in the barrel business like Charmayne James.

That's generally where breeding comes in. Breeding isn't just so your horse has famous names. Breeding creates good conformation & personality.
