Good for physical exercise and performance. Might also be good for scaring off bears and wolves. (My dogs are terrified.)
HEALTH WARNING: I've hit myself everywhere practicing with chains - my eyebrow, my teeth, my ears, ripped open my scalp, hit my balls, my legs, back of my head, my arm, my face, my wrist, knuckles, etc. If you don't want to get hurt, don't try it.
SAFETY WARNING: I practiced with a 1lb 13oz steel chain once. It was fun and was very loud, but it too heavy and I hurt my elbow and my forearm muscle trying to practice a new technique. Lost my grip because of the pain and the chain flew off. Took 3 months for my elbow to fully recover. PLEASE BE CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE IS AROUND WHEN YOU PRACTICE.
A good handle and a wrist strap should be considered mandatory in case you loose your grip. Even with the grip, if you practice a lot, the chain will eventually break. Beware and be careful.

@MyAzazel666 I thought about that for a long time before I decided to post. My conclusion is that those who hurt themselves will hurt themselves regardless of my video. If not with a chain then with a skateboard, parkor, or base jumping. I think I provided ample warning to let folks to expect injury if they try this. Personally, I hurt myself numerous times but I don't regret them one bit. Life without challenge is not worth living.

You should START the video with a couple pro whips to make your video more attention getting; then break it down with the safety tips and such.

@jelloofhell I doubt it. It is just the echo between the buildings.
