This is the result of about 2 weeks worth of intense collaboration between Sky (cooldayr on youtube) and myself. The video will explain the rest. I hope you enjoy! Dont forget to comment, rate and subscribe please!

  • please make a video of your stickered 8x8! Its so hard to see the 8 layers when its all black

  • @televisionczar Stickered video will be coming soon along with mechanical improvements. Keep tuned in to my channel!

  • Couldn't this be considered a knock off because shapeways makes money off of this puzzle? Remember how when you upload models to shapeways you have to check a box that says "this is my own work"? I'm not sure about this stuff but it might just be somthing minor or it might be okay. I also just realized that maybe it was a bad thing to print my mini 7x7. It is too small and probably won't work. it is like impossible to assemble.

  • @yummyyummypbj Yea Kapusta's got it right. This was Sky and my own work. This could never get into any legal trouble for patent violation. It's very different from what a V-Cube 8 looks like.

  • @Vdude11 I now found a thread on twistypuzzles of a 10x10 made just the way the first 8x8 was made...

  • @EMI94100 you're right. i for one have been waiting a very long time for a 10x10 thinking it would be out by now, v-cube or not. it would be very extremely epic for a 10x10x10 to come into existence sothat we could even just hold it. and right now, i have a pretty good feeling that all of us are but maybe 2 years from that, because of verdes.

  • looking forward to a 10x10...

    we got 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, 7x7, 8x8, 9x9, 11x11, 12x12

    but no 10x10!

  • @ottithecube as you can see in the vid...

  • is this smaller than the 7x7x7??

  • Wow, looks very nice. I'd love to give this a solve if it ever got stickered and lubed.

  • @yummyyummypbj This is applying the vcube mechanism to a puzzle, not directly using it. The way they did the inner layers in nowhere in the v Cube patent.
