Yeah. Even though it still remains a classic and a horror masterpiece, the bits taken out made it THAT much scarier.

You dont fight the lizard, and some places are cut off ( like the basement, obstructed with pieces of woods).
Your mission ends once you reach the hellist hall of the School.

The soundtrack from this trial version was more accurate that the final version they finally sold to us.
i remenber i was much more frightening playing the achools demo version that the final school stage, with that like-bear monster and different music.
