@robertacatholic... Doris Day had an "adult contemporary" hit with "I'll Never Stop Loving You" back in 1955, but in 1964, Tommy Reagan and The Halos "Doo-Wopped" it and enjoyed significant success... obviously the version Sha Na Na is covering is Tommy Reagan's.

@ContardoholicFan Johnny is still the sexiest man alive, and the nicest too(sorry hubby) and I love him loads sixty is but a number, his voice is the same as ever, and i would sell my soul to be able to meet him , but distance is a problem , not to mention several hours of flying time!! I saw Sha Na Na four times in the 70's. Johnny Contardo has the best tenor voice I ever heard.
