I dusn't think that Fake is the correct Word..... I have seen people dive up to 113 meters down and back up one one breath... sooo This is achievable...

5 meters could ruin your ears. You should do it at the surface and certainly by 3 meters.

Without equilising techniques it gets painful around 5 metres. Block your nose, blow and move your jaw around side to side up and down to open your Eustachian tubes

very cool video... just wondering. how deep can you dive without using all those pressure equalising techniques??

i wanna know if u still teach free diving here in egypt , if so i wanna ask you , i am 120 kgs heavy weight lifter and free style wrestler , can my muscles keep me from reaching such deep levels ? i was a freestyle swimming champion 7 years ago and am 21 now , please help
