  • One of my favorite pieces of this brilliant movie. She gave a beaufitul peformance of this same song at Boston Pops on 4th of July the same year the movie came out. Thank you so much for posting. I simply love her interpretation.

  • @shneeveler Roberta Flack in the movie with the same name as the song. Played over the closing credits, and sadly, never made available on record. Her voice, her handling of the lyrics and the arrangement are superb. This is the version I would rank second to that one....and that is a compliment!
