Increase US export of hi-tech equipment and technologies to China? Have China not stolen enough technologies from the US and Japan? From military technology to computer hardware/software to household items to luxury goods, China copies everything illegally regardless of patents. Chinese gov. condones such actions. 95% of US software in China are pirated. Fake LV purses, Chanel sunglasses are made in China. Chinese commercial planes copied MD-80, Chinese fighter jets copied US and Russia.

China refuses to play by the rules. So do we!  China's monetary policy is so predatory, keeping its currency undervalued. As a result, it keeps costs low, keeps jobs for Chinese workers. US gov needs to raise tariffs, making Chinese goods more expensive, thus stopping US companies from outsourcing. US export to China is so small, who cares about China raising tariffs on US goods. We then do exactly what China is doing: undervalue US currency, China's holdings of US bonds will be worthless.

China must end its expansionism policy. China signed the UNCLOS & must abide by the laws like everyone else. China thinks it is a big country and can bully small countries around. When the US gets involved, then China starts crying it's a regional matter. US is 95% of China's market, the US gov. just raises tariffs 100% on all China's goods since US export to China is so modest. China economy will crumble, not to mention its dream of becoming a superpower. China copies everything illegally.
