Mike Hughey Failed 7x7x7 Multi Blindfolded Attempt

I tried to solve 2 7x7x7's blindfolded. I got so close! This was my fourth attempt at this; my first three were all much less close.

Memorization time: 1:29:50
Total time: 2:27:16.69

Around a quarter of the way through, you'll see a spot where I stop and get very disappointed. I had mismemorized one piece, which I realized when I discovered I had the same letter twice in my memorization. I wound up guessing what the correct piece was, and I guessed correctly! Unfortunately, I missed seeing one of the flipped pieces when I memorized, which is why the two pieces were flipped on the one cube at the end.

I reserve the right to delete this video if and when I ever get a true success.

Wow, don't be so disappointed. That's amazing what you did there. Very few in the world could do that even if they practiced for their whole life. Don't delete the video if you do a successful attempt, this one is still amazing.

i think you make those kind of errors on purpose. come on, a 2-7 blindfolded relay and you made a mistake like this, you can remember your whole life through cubes and you forget about 2 edge flips? hmm. that's just incredible.

i dont understand how to solve a cube blind... do i have to memorize every piece of the cube? oO
