  • I remember when Ebsen ran attack adds on Nancy Culp, (Miss Hathaway) in California when she was running for office.

  • @TheJediCharles Yea right buddy said that and he said the movie studio gave him a hard time claiming he was malingering in the hospital then after he was in world war 2 there was no musicals so he had to start over he wanted to do regular dramas they didnt think he could do it then he did Attack

  • It wasn't an allergic reaction. It was breathing aluminum dust. The makeup job was dangerous not to people with an allergy, it was dangerous to anyone who need to get oxygen from their lungs. The same thing would have happened to Ray Bolger had he been the unlucky first one chosen. Ray got aluminum PASTE which didn't go airborne like the powdered aluminum.

Can't understand how that myth rolled forward to national news.

  • Why does it say Barry White?

  • Rest in peace Buddy Ebsen I will always remember you.

  • Comedy performer and song and dance man Jack Haley took over the role of"Hickory Twicker"/"The Tin Man"in MGM's 1939 movie version of"The Wizard Of Oz".
