I live in a house like in the video, I can tell you it's most likely mental illness. My sister used to do it on a worse level than this, but now she just screams and hits occasionally. So my opinion is one from living in this type of environment is that the mother may need medication, seeing as the dad or step dad says she's "broken". Though I could be very wrong.

You are very young and have a good way to promote material, but when both sides are not being identified and secretly taped, it leaves one to wonder about the other side. I heard him say the F word to her, I heard him swear at her, I heard him being a control freak because he got her upset before taping the nonsense! This was so intentional, and you portrayed him as a victim! It is sad when one tries to glorify themselves under false and misleading pretense! I know what a victim is and he is not

@cathryn1959 You're basically doing the same thing. However, you are correct that both sides aren't represented. But within that nine minute video, do you think at any point, the mom could have showed some civility in the process? The kid even offered to give the mom some of the money and yet, she doesn't work. So, how exactly is she pulling her weight without the need for the boyfriend of hers? That's problem number one.

@cathryn1959 The whole story? Madam...the video wasn't told through the voice of someone else. You *maybe* correct, but honestly, why would anyone react the way they did to their child in such a vain way?
