Thank you sir for your advice. I just turned 53 9/27/11 and I live in Keen, Tx just below Ft Worth. I'm 5'10" and I weight about 205. I would like to be down to 180 and I just started walking for an hour a day in the mornings 2 days ago. I make up excuses all the time and I have been waiting for the heat wave to pass and it finally has so I have drawn the line. It's 10 miles into the woods and 10 miles out. Thanks Again
